The composition opens with a fresh, cooling cocktail of bergamot and cardamom, which moves into the signature apple brandy accord, softened by rum and vanilla. Moss and cedar in the base, heightened by Ambroxan, give the fragrance a woody, modern and sensual trail — at once elegant and spurring you to action.

Kilian Hennessy's inspiration: Inspired by New York, KILIAN PARIS presents Apple Brandy on the Rocks — a fragrant soundtrack to uninhibited nightlife. Apple Brandy was first conceived with perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur for the opening of the KILIAN PARIS New York flagship. The fragrance returns with its original apple-brandy core, but this time with an extra lift — the KILIAN PARIS signature “on the rocks” accord woven into the opening, for an ice-cold liqueur expressing the unique character of KILIAN PARIS. A blend of bergamot, pineapple and cardamom cools the original, adding excitement and modernity.
The perfume: This fresh opening of Apple Brandy on the Rocks unfolds into the perfume's core personality: the characteristic Apple Brandy accord, in which a crisp fruity blend harmonises with brandy — recreated with rum notes for a liqueur aspect, moss and vanilla. On a core structure of cedarwood and Ambroxan, the fragrance carries sophistication into the night. It reflects the constant rebirth and undeniable elegance of the “Big Apple”, especially its legendary nightlife.
