Note
Black Tea

Part of accords: Woody, Aromatic, Tea
“Tea (black)” is the same note as “tea” without qualification: leaves that are withered, rolled and fermented until they darken. The qualification only stresses that the perfumer means dark rather than green tea.
It sounds warm and dry: brewed dark leaves, a faintly smoky shade, a soft dried-fruit sweetness and a light astringency. Black tea adds cosiness and an elegant depth to a fragrance.
