A chemical engineer and master perfumer with more than 35 years of experience. Fragrance surrounded him from childhood — his father was also a perfumer. His international career began in Jakarta, from where he worked across Southeast Asia, and he then returned to Spain as technical director of a global fragrance company. In 2004 he founded Fragrance Science, and in 2014 his own niche fragrance label. For Kajal he created Kolada (2025) — a joyful fragrance inspired by the piña colada cocktail.

Cabal draws inspiration from science, opera, classical music, travel and the ocean. His fragrances are harmonious and impeccably balanced, with generous, high-quality raw materials. Kolada is the best example: coconut and pineapple turn into a tropical celebration — sunny, carefree and very joyful.
