Antoine Maisondieu

Names: Antoine Maisondieu (English, French) · Антуан Мезондьє (Ukrainian) · Антуан Мезондье (Russian)
Born: Grasse, France
Specialization: senior perfumer at Givaudan (since 1989); author of fragrances for Giorgio Armani, Burberry, Tom Ford, Prada
He first studied law and art history and earned a master's degree in law, but during an internship at Givaudan he discovered his true calling. He trained at the in-house Roure / Givaudan perfumery school and in 1989 joined the company's fine fragrance division. He is the author of global hits — Armani Code (2004) and Burberry Brit — and later of Armani Code Parfum, which continued the story of the famous line.
Maisondieu is a “cinematic” perfumer: his fragrances have a plot and the charisma of a leading man. He works masterfully with warm woods and spicy and ambery accords, creating a masculine elegance that is confident, seductive and very modern. Fragrances that leave an impression.
