Note
Pepper (Madagascar)
1 fragrance with this note
Part of accords: Warm spicy, Fresh spicy
Madagascar is a well-known producer of black pepper: the vines grow in the humid north-east of the island, next to vanilla and cloves. Local pepper is valued for its bright, “lively” aroma.
Madagascan pepper sounds fresher than Indian: a dry spicy heat, a light citrus and woody shade, a faint coniferous spark. It adds both energy and warmth to a fragrance's opening.
