Helvetolide is one of the modern synthetic musk molecules from which “white musk” is composed. It is valued for its cleanness, softness and tenacity: it stays on the skin for hours without becoming heavy.
Helvetolide sounds fresh and soft: clean skin, a light powder and a noticeable fruity, faintly pear-like shade. It makes a fragrance bright, “airy” and very pleasant up close.
